Position : IT Support (Temp-to-Hire)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES :

• Experience within a Help Desk or Technical support role utilizing a ticketing system and monitoring tools.
• Experience with user administration using Office 365 or Active Directory.
• Exposure to using Ticketing Systems or Remote Monitoring Management (RMM).
• Familiarity with Network support tools like DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP, Ping, Traceroute.
• Comfortable troubleshooting software and hardware.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ​
